I was responsible for maintaining a high standard of design and implementation of visually compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets.  I brought innovative design strategies that resulted in an increase in engagement for social media and sales campaigns.
I supported sales by creating digital marketing campaigns to aid to the B2B marketing tactics through social channels and email campaigns. I managed multiple Marketing projects simultaneously, meeting strict deadlines and delivering high-quality results. I was highly collaborative with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand identity across various communication channels and campaigns.

Led brand marketing and development initiatives for the agency, resulting in an increase in brand recognition within the target demographic. 

Spearheaded the creation of a comprehensive brand strategy, including developing brand personas, brand messaging, and visual brand identity. Managed and optimized strategic planning, process improvements, and team leadership, contributing significantly to the performance of the agency. 

Collaborated closely with the City of Bloomington to develop and implement targeted marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with project goals and community needs.
