One of the first 90 day projects I had when starting this role was to solve the way Marketing communicates to the organization.
They wanted a centralized internal location where everyone from sales people to HR could find a wide range of marketing materials. I designed and developed the Marketing HUB. This internal website hosted a wide range of Marketing materials like:

This document was crafted to walk clients through submitting a claim to their insurance broker. Also used as an internal learning tool.
One of my first projects was to establish a brand identity with all of the assets available in the organization. I established the rules as well as templates to assist in the day to day business.
Co-created with the content specialist to provide a comprehensive guidebook for risk officers to know what they may face regionally.
This document was created as a client touchpoint. It gave tips and tricks for our clients and helps them communicate open enrollment to their staff.
Another document to help employee benefits communicate and support their HR clients.
I revitalized and revamped their new hire booklet to represent their rebrand. I also helped fledge out the digital version that is fully interactive.
